Sunwave Health / Lightning Step — Director of Support & Operations · 2023–Present Continuous with Sunwave since 2023. Currently lead a 21-person support organization across the U.S. and Ecuador supporting two products through a post-merger integration — first response time improved roughly 30 percent, backlog dropped roughly 40 percent, sustaining 90 percent-plus frontline resolution. Co-developed the Product Management Lifecycle with the CTO and Head of Product, and lead an AI-first support strategy. Moved into this role in 2024 after serving as Director of Product, Revenue & Adjacent Platforms (2023–2024), where I cut repeat revenue-cycle support demand 20 to 30 percent and led platform migrations affecting more than 10,000 users with zero churn attributable to execution.
Limited-scope work outside Sunwave Advisory support for Florian “Venom” Kohler on select commercial deals (partnership structure, negotiation, counterparty diligence — inquiries can be directed to me), and principal representation of a small portfolio of category-defining .com domain assets under DaSaGa Ventures. Neither takes meaningful time away from the role above.
Insider777 — Founder & CEO · 2018–2023 Built and sold a travel and resort booking business, scaling to more than $3M in annual bookings while owning P&L, hiring, service operations, and customer experience end to end. Sold in 2023.
The Insiders Las Vegas — Co-Founder & Managing Director · 2009–2018 Built a concierge and live events business past $1M in annual revenue, running time-sensitive service teams and full operations. Work included large-scale event production such as the Mayweather Experience, premium fan and athlete experiences, and branded video content for national brands.
